TAMPA — Commercial real estate company CBRE announced it has signed a long-term lease for approximately 25,000 square feet of office space at the Bank of America Plaza. MetLife owns the plaza, located at 101 E. Kennedy Blvd. With 42 stories, it is the largest high rise in downtown Tampa, the company says in a release.

CBRE will occupy the entire 15th floor and a portion of the 14th floor. The firm said the move will bring together the 90 of its employees from three downtown locations where they currently work. In the release, CBRE said it will relocate to the new space in July.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed. CBRE Vice President Philip Weber represented MetLife, and CBRE Senior Vice President Jack Hoskins represented his company in the transaction.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, CBRE Group Inc. is the world's largest commercial real estate services firm with 34,000 employees worldwide.
