Employees at Fort Myers-based managed IT services firm Entech often tell corporate clients that when it comes to the internal help desk, don't be satisfied with the status quo. It's a big part of the Entech sales pitch.

The never-be-satisfied theory apparently also works inside the firm. The company, with offices in Fort Myers and Bradenton, recently hired five people, says Chief Marketing Officer Kyle Cebull. That brings the payroll to 35 employees, and the firm plans to hire at least five more in 2017. Annual revenues are up 20% in 2016 over 2015, and will likely close the year around $6 million.

“It's been awesome,” Cebull tells Coffee Talk. “The growth has been really great.”

New hires at Entech, founded in 1998, include systems engineers, service coordinators and a marketing manager. The firm expanded to Bradenton in 2015 when it acquired another IT services firm, United Systems Computer Group. Cebull says integration with United has gone well, and the Bradenton unit will play a big role in the company's projected growth for 2017. He says Entech should grow at least another 20% next year. “We have everything lined up pretty well,” says Cebull.
