PALMETTO — Developer and builder WCI Communities will build on 176 home sites in the Sanctuary Cove community in Palmetto.
The 211-acre community will have nine floorplans, ranging from 1,962 square feet to 2,725 square feet. Homes will be priced from the $300s to the $700s.
According to a press release, the homes will have "coastal-themed exteriors" and 66 will be on the Manatee River. The community's marina will have 210 boat slips and six boat lifts.
The statement also says, "The launch of Sanctuary Cove is part of a larger growth plan for WCI in west-central Florida." WCI Communities is part of the Lennar Family of Cos, which develops and builds single and multifamily homes, including high-rise towers.
