NAPLES — Stock Custom Homes named Richard Cowgill director of construction operations.
Cowgill has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, according to a release. He has been with Stock Development, parent company of Stock Custom Homes, since 2013. Prior to that role, Cowgill served as president of Vision Design and Build Inc. and Cowgill Builders Inc. in Illinois, the release adds. He's also a past chairman of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Greater Chicagoland.
“Richard is a well-known face in the construction industry and he brings a wealth of building knowledge to our team,” says Matt Sellick, Vice President of Stock Custom Homes, in the statement. “We look forward to his expertise guiding us as we continue to grow.”
Stock Development has completed more than 4,000 homes in Southwest Florida since 2001. The firm launched Stock Custom Homes earlier this year, and is actively working on custom estates on Marco Island, Pine Ridge and in the Wellington area of Palm Beach.
