FORT MYYERS — Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida promoted two senior-level leaders to new roles.

Heather Adams was named brokerage operations manager and Claire Meyer was named director of research, according to a statement.

Adams, with 13-year background in facilities and property management, has been with the firm since 2016. She will provide executive support to the CEO and principal broker Gary Tasman in her new role, in addition to a host of other responsibilities, the release adds. Meyer, with more than 10 years of experience in real estate research, will be responsible for generating marketing proposals, marketing research and delivering market reports and analytics. She's also been with the firm since 2016, and previously spent eight years at CoStar Group as a research analyst.

Fort Myers-based Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida also hired two new employees, in addition to the promotions. Brokerage officials, in the statement, “say the firm closed the year with record activity and overall growth in business in all departments facilitated the need for increased staff.”

“Our employees' diverse backgrounds and business insights have played an integral role in our success over the years,” Tasman says in the statement. “They are an asset to the organization, and we are excited about the opportunity to develop and grow our team further.”
