SARASOTA — Sarasota-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Ian Black Real Estate entered a partnership with Relocation Strategies to provide tenant move management for clients in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
According to a press release, under the agreement, Ian Black will be the only commercial real estate firm in the area to offer the services through Relocation Strategies.
“This is the first time that we've entered an exclusive agreement with a commercial brokerage firm in Florida,” says Relocation Strategies Tampa Managing Partner Bill Clinebell in a statement. “It's a new venture and something that we're really excited about, particularly given the caliber of brokers at IBRE.”
Through the partnership with the Tampa team, Ian Black will provide planning and management of commercial relocations as well as brokerage and property management services.
“Many companies avoid moving because of the hassle that comes with it,” says Ian Black Real Estate Partner Ian Black in a statement. “Now, once we find you a suitable space, we'll also handle everything from your move to your move-in party to have you up and running on day one.”
Relocation Strategies is based in Cincinnati. It has 16 locations across the U.S.
