BRADENTON — A pain management center based in Bradenton is opening another location in the area following the close of the third quarter.

The Ramos Center for Interventional and Functional Pain Medicine has expanded to a new office in Dunedin, Pinellas County, according to a statement. This marks its third office expansion in 2021, the release adds. The new space is located in the Mease Dunedin Medical Office Building.

The Ramos Center was founded in Bradenton by Dr. Fabian Ramos in 2000. Since then, the business has opened offices in Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte and now Dunedin.

“After 21 years of serving patients in Manatee and Sarasota counties, it is exciting to bring our diverse and highly specialized care to the Tampa Bay community,” says Ramos in the press release.

The new office will be led by Dr. Lindsay Shroyer, Dr. Danielle Babb and Dr. John D’Auria, all three Ramos Center board-certified interventional pain physicians.

The center provides state-of-the-art treatment options, according to the release, including medical and interventional procedures, cognitive behavioral and hypnotherapy, and physical therapy to help relieve chronic pain.
