BUYER: PDKN P-3 LLC, Plantation

SELLER: Hutton Point LLC

PROPERTY: 8990 Fontana Del Sol Way, Naples

PRICE: $2.65 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $3.7 million, July 2007

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Quarles & Brady LLP, Naples

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Plantation-based Bokamper's Sports Bar & Grill purchased The Keg Steakhouse & Bar building for $2.65 million. The price equated to $252 per square foot.

Former NFL player and current sports broadcaster Kim “Bo” Bokamper owns the restaurant company that bought the building. Bokamper played for the Miami Dolphins.

David Stevens of Investment Properties Corp. handled the transaction.

“They feel there's a good constituent of Dolphin fans here,” Stevens says. “After The Keg purchased the building they substantially renovated it into a steakhouse. It was in outstanding condition. That was one of the main reasons they were interested in it. They can go [and] put their lipstick on it, their TV package and get it operating very quickly.”
