Naples-based luxury homebuilder BCB Homes will open its new office in Boca Grande with a design nod toward the community’s history.
Set to open Nov. 24, the office is at 411 Park Ave., Suite 2. It is the company’s first location outside its Naples headquarters.
Working in conjunction with the Boca Grande Historical Society, BCB Homes transformed one wall of its new office into a pictorial timeline that traces the history of Boca Grande.
“When choosing a location to expand our offices, Boca Grande was at the top of our list,” BCB Homes President Greg Brisson says in a statement. “The second location will allow us to better serve our homeowners throughout Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota counties.”
In addition to building custom homes from Sarasota to Naples, BCB Homes is co-developer of the nearly 10-acre Hill Tide Estates on the southern tip of Gasparilla Island. The company has been building waterfront and estate homes for more than two decades. The company also operates a remodeling and remediation division that specializes in diagnosis and repair of construction flaws and structural testing.
