PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Naples-based Barron Collier Cos. and an affiliate of Quincy, Mass.-based FoxRock Properties purchased a 40,288-square-foot Naples office building for $9 million. The price equated to $223 per square foot.

The four-story office building is at the southwest corner of Old Trail Drive and Tamiami Trail.

“Its central location and strong leasing history make it a very attractive asset,” Barron Collier Cos. President Blake Gable writes in a statement to the Business Observer. “In the immediate future, our intention is to enhance the property with a newly redesigned exterior and renovations.”
