SARASOTA — Kristina Arnold has been named executive vice president of Insignia Bank.

Arnold, according to a release, has been senior vice president and CFO of the bank since it was founded, in 2006. Arnold, with 25 years in banking, including 16 in community banks, will have overall responsibility for accounting and finance, IT, risk management and human resources.

“Insignia Bank is very pleased to announce the promotion of Kristina Arnold,” Insignia Chairman and CEO Charles Brown says in a statement. "Her ability to model various strategies the bank explores has been very valuable.”

Insignia, with three branches in the Sarasota-Manatee market, had $192.7 million in assets through March 31, according to FDIC data.
