NAPLES — Quarles & Brady LLP named Kelly Lyon Davis, a partner in the national law firm’s Labor & Employment Group, managing partner of the Naples office.
Davis will oversee day-to-day management, implement operating and strategic plans, manage budgets and represent the office within the community, according to a statement. Davis succeeds T. Robert Bulloch, who had been the office managing partner since 2011. Bulloch will continue to serve as a partner in the firm's Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation practice group, the release adds.
Davis practices in all areas of labor and employment law, helping employers manage workforces. This includes employment-related litigation and counseling of employee-related matters such as investigating and defending discrimination and harassment charges and lawsuits; providing workplace training for employees and supervisors on a variety of topics like sexual harassment, anti-bullying, respect and professionalism in the workplace; good documentation practices; discipline and FLSA compliance; and litigating wage and hour collective actions.
