NAPLES — John Stamoulis has been named vice president of construction by developer and custom homebuilder London Bay.

He will supervise construction of about 2,000 units of continuing care residences, condominiums and hotel suites, the Naples-based developer says in a statement.

Stamoulis joined London Bay in 2020 as director of development. He has more than 30 years of experience in New York and Pennsylvania.

Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay, says in the statement that Stamoulis brings “a wealth of experience” to several projects planned or in the works in Fort Myers, Naples and Bonita Springs.

“These projects signify some of the most innovative projects in the region – from quality construction and luxury design to healthcare planning and active retirement living,” Wilson says.

London Bay was founded in 1990. According to its website, the company’s offerings include development, homebuilding and design services, and features a team of interior designers, architects and renovation specialists.

In October, it sold a 7,640-square-foot home in Naples’ Port Royal neighborhood for $18.5 million. London Bay had built the house on spec.
