TAMPA — AquaVenture Holdings Ltd., which specializes in advanced water filtration and supply services, has hired Brian Miller as senior vice president and general counsel.
Miller, a press release states, will also serve as corporate secretary for Tampa-based AquaVenture’s Quench and Seven Seas Water subsidiaries.
“I am very excited to welcome Brian to the AquaVenture team,” AquaVenture President and CEO Tony Ibarguen states in the release. “Brian brings a wealth of legal and general management experience, as well as deep knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, government relations, compliance, cybersecurity and audit, all of which will be very valuable to us.”
Miller comes to AquaVenture from AES Corp. — a Fortune 200 power company that owns and manages $33 billion in total assets worldwide and generates $11 billion in annual revenues — where he served as general counsel for 13 years.
