TAMPA — American Landmark Apartments, an owner and operator of multifamily properties across the country, has named Pip Cornish executive vice president of its eastern region, which includes 18 communities in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Cornish, who will be based in Charlotte, N.C., succeeds Lisa Grosse, who will remain with the company as executive vice president of design and community development, according to a statement.

Cornish has more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily property sector, having most recently served as director of operations at Cortland Partners, the release adds.

“Pip brings a wealth of experience in the multifamily space to American Landmark, including strengths in leasing oversight, asset management and capital improvements,” American Landmark CEO Joseph Lubeck states in the release. “Most of all, he brings a passion for people, and has a unique talent for training and development. Under his leadership, our team members will be the most well-rounded, highly skilled professionals in the industry.”
