TAMPA — AgileThought Inc., a software company based in Tampa, hired Jeff Alagood as its chief operating officer this week. Alagood comes to AgileThought from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as a manager in the firm's IT Development division.
While Alagood will work from the company's Tampa headquarters, some of his first comments as COO suggest his short-term focus may be on markets in the Midwestern U.S.
“One of our immediate goals is to expand our Chicago office,” he said, “by adding more staff to accommodate our existing clientele and to prepare for future growth in that region.”
AgileThought Inc. was founded in 2004. In addition to its Tampa and Chicago offices, the company operates from St. Louis and New York. The company made the 2010 version of Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000 list, with $6.2 million in revenues, up 258% since 2006.
