NAPLES — An apartment community with 100 one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartment units in Naples is now taking leases.

The project, Mainsail, is on Collier Boulevard next to the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Preserve and Hammock Bay Golf and Country Club in Naples, according to a statement. The developer of the project is SKC Marco Shores LLC, which is managed by real estate developers and entrepreneurs Jonathan and Duke Kassolis, Florida Department of State records show. "We could not be more proud of MainSail. We are honored to add this property to Collier County's outstanding communities," said Duke Kassolis, Managing Partner.

The amenity package for the property, the release states, includes an intimate and inviting pool and outdoor sundeck area, fitness facility, community room and 26-single vehicle enclosed garages available for rent. The buildings will be four-stories in height with masonry construction and serviced by two elevators. Each unit will include a full kitchen, exterior balcony, full-size washer/dryer and first-class interior finishes. National property management firm Weller will manage the community.

Pre-leasing for MainSail Apartments is underway, with expected move in starting in July. Monthly rental rates, according to apartments.com, range from $1,950 for a 751-square-foot one-bedroom, one bath unit to $2,750 for a 1,215-square-foot two-bed, two-bath unit.
