National builder Lennar has commenced sales of homes at Townes at Bayou Heights, a collection of 32 new townhouses within a gated area in Pinellas Park.
Lennar Tampa Division President Steve Smith says in a release that the community is "the best of urban living, enhanced by a host of nearby parks and beaches that active outdoor enthusiast will fall in love with."
Townhouses at Bayou Heights range from 1,801 to 2,466 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, Lennar says.
The all-two-story floorplans — Capri, Palmero, Marisol and Verona — "offer contemporary, open-concept designs that maximize space and flow easily between modern kitchens, generous living areas, comfortable bedrooms and lavish owner's suites," according to ther Lennar news release.
Each townhouse includes an attached two-car garage. Every home also offers Lennar's signature "Everything's Included" program, where the builder's most popular options and upgrades are built into the base price of the home, the company says. At Townes at Bayou Heights, that includes quartz countertops, ceramic tile and stainless steel appliances, along with other carefully curated interior touches and designer fixtures.
Pricing for townhouses start around $450,000.
The residents at Townes at Bayou Heights will have access to a future pool and cabana amenity and a location surrounded by local shopping and dining, says Lennar.
"It is a quick drive to Florida's award-winning beaches, downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport," Lennar officials say.
The community also sits adjacent to the Helen S. Howarth Community Park, with a recreation center, an equestrian center, a dog park, sports courts and fields, a nature trail, picnic pavilions, and a playground.
Townes at Bayou Heights is located at 9595 66th St. N., Pinellas Park.
Lennar was founded in Miami in 1954 and now operates in 26 states.
