Sight360, a vision-care service company, says it has merged with Florida Eye Specialists and Cataract Institute, an ophthalmology and optometry practice with 10 locations and 33 physicians in the greater Tampa Bay area.
In merging, Sight360 says in a Tuesday news release that it expands its combined scope of care to more than 250,000 patients in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus and Polk counties.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
