Tampa-area homebuilder reorganizes structure as it expands in region

Riverview homebuilder Casa Fresca Homes is expanding its reach and restructuring operations to make growth easier.

The company, a subsidiary of Homes by WestBay, is creating two separate operating divisions in order to become more efficient as it grows its presence in West and Central Florida.

The West Florida Division, according to a news release, will focus on Sarasota, Charlotte, Marion, Hernando and Citrus counties. The Central Florida Division will focus on Polk and Lake counties, with particular emphasis on Haines City.
