Aqua Seafood & Steaks will open a new location at a high-end apartment development along Cape Coral’s main commercial district.
The Naples restaurant will take a total of 7,000 square feet — 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and 2,000 square feet for a rooftop bar. It is slated to be the anchor tenant when the multiuse development opens in the winter, according to a statement from Flaherty & Collins Properties.
The complex is the Cove at 47th. The long-awaited $103 million development will include 327 luxury apartments, 19,000 square feet of space for retail and a parking garage with about 600 spaces. Leasing is expected to begin in February with the first residents expected to move in during the summer.
