Data is the focus of the Tampa Bay Innovation Center’s next startup accelerator program.

While the application process has already begun, and will continue through July 30, the program won’t start until mid-August. TBIC, an early-stage tech incubator headquartered in St. Petersburg, is hosting the program to help startups develop products that make collecting, analyzing or monetizing large sources of data easier.

The program, according to a statement, is set up for early stage founders who are currently creating solutions for working with large data sets. Applicants have to be a scalable business-to-business or business-to-government tech venture that’s been in operation for at least six months and have raised $1 million in capital.
