CenterPlace Health, a nonprofit that provides primary care, dental care and integrated behavioral health services for an at-risk, vulnerable, underserved and/or uninsured client base, has named a new COO and a new chief strategy and growth officer.

Anna Ferguson, named COO, will be responsible for directing the business operations of seven clinics and programs, including the 340B pharmacy, vaccine program, lab services, call center and scheduling. She will take a lead role in building, implementing and overseeing all the organization’s systems, processes, workflows and procedures, according to a statement.

Ferguson most recently served as chief operations and nursing officer for Camillus Health Concern Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center serving the most vulnerable in Miami-Dade County, including those experiencing homelessness, the release states. She oversaw the health center’s day-to-day operations at three sites and developed medical and quality strategies to serve high-risk, low-resource populations.
