SARASOTA — M/I Homes will mark the grand opening of its newest community, Rivo Lakes, Sept. 22 in Sarasota.
Rivo Lakes has 107 homes on 80-foot-wide lots. The neighborhood includes a central lake, walking paths and open-space community areas, according to a statement.
The houses have Tuscan-inspired facades and start in the mid-$400,000s. They range from 2,291 to 5,021 square feet and have three-car garages.
Rivo Lakes is at 6369 Rivo Lakes Blvd.
M/I Homes was founded in 1976 by Melvin and Irving Schottenstein. The company opened a homebuilding division for Sarasota and Manatee counties in July 2016.
