The Valspar Championship, an annual PGA Tour event, is played at Innisbrook Golf & Spa Resort in Pinellas County.

Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers is building 174 homes inside a Pinellas County community known for hosting an annual PGA Tour event.

The community will be in the Innisbrook Golf & Spa Resort off of U.S. Highway 19 in Palm Harbor and known as Montrose at Innisbrook.

Toll Brothers announced the development in a news release.
